Why are we called Pineapple's Productions?

To Erin, pineapples represent trying something you're afraid to do--whether it's eating a new food you're quite sure you dislike or trying to change the world one elephant at a time. Erin learned this lesson one fateful day in 5th grade, when even though she was sure she hated pineapples, she decided to give them one last try...and they were delicious! From then on, Erin cultivated her pineapple obsession. From collecting everything pineapple to adopting "Pineapple" as her nickname, Erin sees her love of pineapples as a symbol of how one should tackle life--with sweetness and zest.
